I hope this is not out of bounds for this forum. I have just retired here on the east coast, and am ready to move soon to Colorado, anywhere from Denver to Boulder, Lafayette, Estes Park, Nederland, and my first choice would be Lyons (those are just places I have been - new ideas welcome).

Anyone have any recommendations of who in the area would be good network on this? Real estate, advertising sites, etc. are good, but I would love to talk to someone who would appreciate an old music lover trying to find joy and peace.

Also I would appreciate advice on what cell phone carrier works best in that area? I'm going to change my service and would like best coverage.

Thanks very much. Reply here or email me if you like steveg85321@yahoo.com.

Hey Steve!

Check out Gateway Realty Group for a local real estate connection. Owner/broker, Dan Siddall, is a musician and an all around awesome dude. www.gateway-realty.com, siddall@realtor.com.

Verizon tends to work best in the mountains in Colorado. I would check with a Lyons local, though.

One of the ladies I worked with at the Family Tent at RockyGrass this year is a Lyons area native and a realtor.  She was one of the volunteer supervisors, and I think she's been around the Planet Bluegrass family for a long time.  Her name is Jonelle Tucker.  https://www.coldwellbankerhomes.com/co/boulder/agent/jonelle-tucker/aid_23942/

Good luck!  If I were to ever move out of my spot in the mountains to the front range, Lyons would be my first choice, too!

Thanks a lot Leo. I'll give him a call. I have actually met a nice person from Gateway, but there was nothing to look at while I was camping there in Meadow Park.

Thanks a lot Linds. I will call her. I loved the local people I met while at RockyGrass.
