Hey everyone! I'm thinking about volunteering at RG this year. I just did for Telluride and it was pretty decent. I just wanted to see if anyone has any experiences or tips to give? Also I haven't submitted the application yet, there is a fee of $12.00. If I pay that am I guaranteed to get a volunteer spot?

I'm looking to camp at the meadow park cg. hoping to do some jamming! one thing I was pretty disappointed in telluride with was that there were hardly any people jamming at the lawson hill campsite so I'm hoping this camp site will be a bit more full of life.

Hi! I'm the volunteer coordinator  Wave.

You will only be charged the $12 if you are accepted to volunteer and that depends on if there are open volunteer spots. Right now for RockyGrass, we are full for volunteers. However, we are just at the cancellation deadline and new spots are coming available. The best thing to do is fill out the app, however that does not guarantee you a volunteer spot. Hope that answers your questions. Jasmine

Hi, Jasmine, do I recall correctly that volunteers will be getting their schedules tomorrow?

Thanks, can't wait!

Were we supposed to get this?  I haven't heard where I'm volunteering, yet.  So excited, though!  This will be my first time volunteering at a PB event.

Hello all!

I'm volunteering and attending the festival for the first time this year! I'm going to be at the Family Tent and on Sunday I'm schedule 2-5:30 but I would really like to be getting back to Boulder a little earlier that day because I start grad school the next day! If you are also in the Family Tent and might be interested in swapping for an earlier shift, let me know and we can meet and confirm it with the supervisor when we're all there. Can't wait to be there in week!

Thanks,

Brailey
