Does anyone know who I can get in touch with regarding late night shows at the Noir Bar during Telluride Bluegrass Fest?

I'm having a hard time finding anyone.

Since no one answered... I'll just say this:  The Bluepoint Grill (the Noir Bar is in the Bluepoint) is closed until June 6th for off-season.  I would imagine they'll have the talent for this year's festival window already signed on the proverbial dotted-line.  Try calling The Daily Planet at 970-728-9788... perhaps someone there can give you contact info for the owner of The Bluepoint.
