We all know Debbie has not been able to do her traditional Bloody Mary Monday festivity the last couple years, yet several folks I've talked to have expressed interest. So here is your opportunity!

If you'd like to enjoy the spicy lusciousness on Monday of pre-fest, we have 2 weeks to make this happen! I talked with Debbie and she would love to see it happen but just can't handle the organizing and such. We have the recipe and quantities that have been used in the past. After some enhanced interrogation techniques, she finally broke down and gave it to us!! Thumbs Up

Now we just need some eager BM imbibers to donate some items, and a few volunteers to help serve!  Wave
This is what we need for the usual 30 gallon batch of Debbie's famous Mary's:

30 Large Cans tomato juice
6   Large bottles of vodka
6   Large bottles of Worcestershire
6   Large bottles of Tabasco
6   Large jars of horseradish (not creamed)
6   Large bottles of lime juice

Also needed,  celery salt, ground pepper, ice, fresh limes, olives, celery, dilly beans, etc., and whatever other garnishes you'd like to bring.

If you have interest, especially if you can help - please reply to this thread so I can keep track

Cheers,
Paul

Awesome!!  I'm in for a couple tomato juices and vodkas and random garnishes!!  You can also borrow some serving bowls from Run-A-Muck for olives/peppers/etc.

Do you want any hot sauces hotter than Tabasco?  Something that will melt people's faces?

Reminder to the festivarians: bring your own cups!!  Ya bunch of slackers.

Now that you mention it, there's a guy at the Missoula Farmers' Market that sells homemade hot sauce. I'll pick some up to bring down.

It looks like Jeri and I will be volunteering to help make this happen. I will bring limes and lemons as well as an assortment of hot sauces and garnishes. Bring your own cup.

Oh good, mine is probably too big. Is the ladle best or is it easier to pour into a couple of pitchers and then fill folk's cups?
