First time at RockyGrass.  Is there an instrument check?  If not, where do people typically keep their instruments while at the festival?  Is it safe to leave in your tent?  Thanks for the help!

Granted my Dobro is worth only about $400. But I have absolutely no fear that it would ever be stolen out of my tent. RockyGrass is attended by some of the bet people on the face of the earth. I have been letting people charge their phones using my solar power unit for about 6 years now. I have never had anybody tell me that something had been stolen at ether RockyGrass, or Telluride.

I keep my mandolin in my tent, but I make sure the tent is ventilated or in a shady spot.  I don't want to bake my instrument!

Sup guys! First post.  Thumbs Up

I was at Telluride over the past weekend and I brought my Taylor 114e with me and was gone most of the time and left it in my tent and I was pretty nervous it was going to get stolen but nope, no one messed with any of my stuff. Good peeps seem to attend these festivals so I think you'll be good.
