We've had a couple "TBA" slots on the 2016 RockyGrass lineup since the initial lineup announcement in December.  And we're excited to finally announce one of these slots...

Molly Tuttle Band featuring Missy Raines, Wes Corbett & John Mailander

We've been following Molly for a few years -- from her first album at age 13 to her appearance on the cover of  Flatpicking Guitar Magazine and successful PledgeMusic campaign for her upcoming album -- and her level of musicianship continues to inspire and amaze.  I had a chance to catch her solo set (just her guitar and voice) last weekend at the Midwinter Bluegrass Festival and I (and everyone else in the room) was in total awe of Molly's flatpick guitar virtuosity (as a rhythm player, crosspicker and soloist), her sophisticated original songs, and her distinctively sweet voice.

For Molly's Planet Bluegrass debut on this RockyGrass Friday afternoon, she'll be joined by an incredible band of 7-time IBMA Bass Player of the Year Missy Raines; banjo stylist, Berklee banjo professor, and former member of Joy Kills Sorrow Wes Corbett; and impressive young multi-instrumentalist John Mailander.  I'm so excited for this set.  Thumbs Up

If you're new to Molly's music, here are a few videos to get you started:
* "Gentle On My Mind"
* "Friend and a Friend" (co-written with Korby Lenker)

[ That leaves just the Sunday morning "gospel set" as TBA.  And it's going to be very well worth the wait. EEK!  More news to come... ]
