Hi Festivarians,

I am in the midst of purchasing two 3 day passes with RiverBend camping from a gentleman on this forum. Yay for me!  However, I have not done this before and he says his tickets are will call only.  Is there a way to change the name so I can be the name for the tickets at will call?  Or is there a way to change them to electronic tickets or print at home?  Any info, suggestions or whatever is welcome!  Thanks for all the hard work out there!  Jennifer  Cheers

He can call Planet Bluegrass and have them put in your name.
It's pretty simple really, and if he's not willing to do that I would be questioning his honesty.

Can he do that before I purchase or how would that work?  He is willing to, but I am just not sure what order it all has to be done!  Sorry for my noob-ness!  Thanks again!

You can always do a three way call so you're both on the line to Planet Bluegrass at the same time.
That way you all know what is transpiring on the Planet Bluegrass side of things.

I can say it worked out for me for some Saturday tickets I got through here.  If you're worried about it not working out, just do it through PayPal so you can get refunded if necessary.  The guy called and transferred the tickets, and I called a little later to confirm all was transferred.
