Parking for Town Park

hello to all my new friends! I am excited to join you all for what I am sure will be a life-altering experience next week. To start, I am in fact a TBF virgin as I will be making my first trek there in 9 days! I have been to many fests back east (NewPort, Bonnaroo, Firefly, etc.) but now that I reside in Denver I am beyond excited for to take on this legendary fest and make this my yearly pilgrimage!

My questions is, I will be arriving on Wednesday before (lame, I know) sometime in the early evening and I will be staying in Town Park. Do not fret friends, as I have my girlfriend and others venturing down this friday to lay down our tarp and get the party started. 

That said, I will be leaving Denver around 11 am or noon on wed. and wanted to see where I should head for parking. I am sure I have read it on here somewhere, but wanted to check. Many have suggested that Mountain village will be the best, but I want to be sure before heading down south next week.

any and all suggestions are welcome and I look forward to meeting you all! maybe even over a beer or 2 at First Grass if I make it in time!

  Just get down there...they'll let you drive in to town to drop off your stuff, then the fabulous Planet Volunteers will direct you.
Yes it'll probably be in the large parking structure in up in Mountain Village, but that's where you'll want to be on Wed evening anyway. So it'll be perfect!

Drive through town to Town Park. You will be instructed from there. Every volunteer knows what to do for you and all will be well. This is one of those times where your faith has been placed in the right hands.

Thanks all for the helpful tips and advice!

Seems that my friends will likely be up at the Mountain Village for First Grass when I arrive on Wed. And it seems that they will not be down in Town Park to direct me to our camp- I do not blame them at all as Fruition plays a killer set.

That said, do you all suggest that I head straight to the Mountain Village for First Grass, meet up with my crew, dance, & then have them help me carry my gear down from the mountain top on the gondola? All I will have is  backpackers back of clothes, a smaller cooler, and some bags of goodies as my tent/ tarp will already be setup.

I would think that they could give you an idea where your tent is in TP so you could pack in before heading up to MV to park and start Festivaaal!
But your way would work, too.
