Hi everyone  Wave

As you may know, Courtness, our Queen Goddess, will not be in Telluride this year... I know, it's very sad  Frown
However, the show MUST go on, and we can send her pictures and video of all of us stumbling around the Town Park  LOL

Bevin, our fearless leader at Kamp Duk Tape, has graciously agreed to again host the kickoff of the Goddess Walkabout (Thanks, Bevin!)  So Sunday afternoon, June 14th, around 3:00-ish, all the Goddesses will convene at Duk Tape to begin our Walkabout!

There are a few details to be ironed out though...
1. We need a Goddess Juice mixologist!  I'm not sure if we've followed a "recipe" before or just poured everything in and hoped for the best!  I'm thinking vodka, cranberry/grape/pineapple/insert favorite juice type here, fizzy water, lime?... but we could do anything! Who wants to take the lead on this?
2. We need donations to make said Goddess Juice - booze, juice, mixers, etc.  I'll bring a bottle of vodka (or whatever booze we decide - rum might  be nice!)
3.  Cooler?  Bicycle?  We will need a 5 gallon water cooler to mix our libation  Cheers  We've also used a tricycle in the past to carry our libation with us... Was that April's trike? We can also use a wagon too if need be
4.  Our Walkabout route - Here's what I remember from past years' (which is most likely an incomplete picture!)  We leave Duk Tape for the Primitive Area, then back and down to Camp Billy, up past Wander 'In, into the preserve again, past Maple Alley, up to Crossroads, then down the path towards RaM, visiting Cascadia, Tiki Bar, MASH, and others along the way, ending at RaM... and sometimes on the stage  Rockin

Okay, so who's bringing what?  Other ideas?  Thoughts?  Other Camps we need to grace with our presence?  LOL

Don't forget your finest Goddess garb!!

Gooooodesssseeeeeessss!!!!   Butterfly

Thank you for taking the lead, Val!  Count me in for 3 bottles of whatever mixer.  I'm no mixologist, so please just tell me what to buy!

As for the trike, we have used April's leg power and her trike the last few years.  I know she's planning on coming but last I heard was still in the hunt for a TP ticket.  So fingers crossed!

Thanks Ashley!  Flower
I may ask Tiki Michelle if she has ideas for the Juice recipe... I'm more of a beer and wine gal  Wink

I'm sure April will find a TP ticket somewhere!

Camp Run A Muck will be serving our standard Crunchy Frog shots for goddesses who are wanting a more traditional hangover experience as well as our "goddess-walk only" drink endearingly called Fucked-Up Childhood for those who prefer the taste of fine chocolate in their hazy next-day recounting of what-the-hell-did-I-do introspection on Monday morning.  We will also be sure to conjure up some live music and other festive whatevers for your enjoyment.

Look forward to it. The beer keg last year was a real hit...guzzling upside down brought out the thrill off competition among many goddesses.

Hello Goddesses  Wave

Holy Cow, in exactly one week we will be in Town Park erecting our camps!  I really need to start packing  LOL

We need donations for the Goddess Juice, the libation that keeps us going as we do our walkabout.  I like Tiki Michelle's suggestion of a sparkly Cosmo concoction - both delicious and easy! - so here's what we'll need:

- Vodka, plain or fruit infused (Citron, Pomegranate, Berry, etc.)
- Sparkling Water, plain or fruit infused
- Cranberry Juice, plain and variations
- Limes

We'll need enough to fill a 5 gallon cooler... I haven't had enough coffee yet to figure out the math  LOL
I'll bring vodka and cranberry juice.  Bring your donations to Kamp Duk Tape; we'll mix it up there.

See y'all soon!   Cheers
