After coming out of the Steaming Bean (which is now officially defunct) where I had sought refuge to warm up after getting soaked from M&S (bailed halfway) and on my way back to see Robert Plant.

Unfortunately yes, as of April 3rd.

I believe the New Sheridan owns that building & they're now putting in their own coffee shop ... although won't be upon until later in the summer.  I'm not sure if the Bean owners are looking to open elsewhere.

Agreed, liked the bean!

Not sure how the new coffee house will turn out, but I believe the Sheridan people ran into a snafu during remodeling (of the old bean) which required them to do some unanticipated structural work to stabilize the building ... so the opening has been postponed until later in the summer.  However, the Sheridan should have their new rooftop bar open by Bluegrass ... which should be interesting.

Still plenty of coffee around town - apparently, Arroyo (wine bar kinda near ACE) recently procurred an espresso machine.
