Nightgrass Lottery - how awesome is this?

Hey everybody.

Just a heads up that the NightGrass lottery is a beast, and it's possible that we won't be sending out official notifications till early next week.

I just wanted to let you guys know so that you can come to terms with the idea that you might not know for sure till after the weekend.

I think its amazing that the Planet Bluegrass guys take time to post updates here.

I hope you misunderstood as I have nothing for Thursday-Sunday only Wednesday filled as of now.

I hope so, too. I haven't seen a single charge yet. While I'm confidant I will eventually get all the tickets I want, it would be nice to not have to scramble.

My understanding was that the lotteries would be done one day at a time. And it seems that all of the days have been completed, based on the charges people are seeing.

I'm personally not holding my breath for any additional charges.

well i got charged 100... for me that means i either got 2 Trampled and 2 Salmon... or i got 4 GSB... i just want to know if the lottery is still being processed... or if this is the only CC charge im going to get... because i wouldnt mind using the other 200 i have sitting in the bank for something else... but i dont want to yank it out if i could still win more tickets...

Do most of the nightgrass shows start on time, at 11pm for Sheridan Yonder and Palm Theater shows?  Always makes it a toss up on staying for the end of the shows at the main stage compared to running over for the start of nightgrass.  I think I finally won some lottery tickets this year.

Do most of the nightgrass shows start on time, at 11pm for Sheridan Yonder and Palm Theater shows?  Always makes it a toss up on staying for the end of the shows at the main stage compared to running over for the start of nightgrass.  I think I finally won some lottery tickets this year.

They start pretty close to on time - yeah. They definitely don't wait for the main stage set to end. For the Nightgrass shows I've attended with multiple sets, I feel like many people who stay for the Town Park finales don't make it until close to the second set (I've always prioritized my Nightgrass tickets so I can't say for sure any specific times).

Are all the tickets allocated now? Did anyone else get good news over the weekend? I'm feeling thankful that we got tickets to the one show I was desperate to see, slightly sad that I will miss so many others but I really hope all my friends get in to see their favourites.

It has been cold and wet here over the weekend. I'm looking forward to meeting everyone and enjoying the spirit of festival with you all. Let the sunshine in.
