I bet u a Beer it is going to be Robert Plant and Mumford & Sons.
I feel sick.... when do u think this will all be revealed? Who knows but my Acid Reflux is kickin in and I do have hives and I keep looking for my gear in preparation cause, well  ya know,  never too early. Cheers

I LOVE the not knowing bit, it feels like the weeks before Christmas when I was ten. Will it be a Barbie or will it be a sewing kit? Will I love it or feel surprised? And the endless speculation is just so much fun..who is that? What album? Hold on, aren't they touring elsewhere, oh look, they are performing two weeks after TBF only three hours away...maybe....I love it. The final door will be great don't get me wrong but this bit is special and it makes everyone talk to each other....by the way, I called Robert Plant and Mumford and Sons too so I guess that means you owe me a beer...can you please get on my We Want Alison krauss bandwagon? Cause she never tours in Australia and I desperately want to see her. Wishing and hoping sometimes comes true.....

I've gotta agree -- I just love this build-up.  My bro and I will be attending our sixth straight Fest, and staying/hanging with Festival family who we didn't even know six years ago.  This build-up to the final door being opened ranks right up there with waiting for pitchers and catchers to report to Spring Training, and baseball's opening day! It's timed perfectly to get us through the bleak winter!  I would LOVE to see the Jayhawks added to the bill -- anybody dig them?  Other favorites include Lyle, Lucinda, Los Lobos, although I haven't heard any of them mentioned. I would die if they announced Neil Young.  And I sure as DEL(L) hope some permutation of the McCoury clan ends up in there -- wouldn't be Telluride without 'em.

We have one Pete Frane to thank there! He fixed it, I have no idea how he did it but at last I'm facing the world face to face  Wave

I LOVE Lucinda and she has a new album. Yeah, it's great, the slow tease is fantastic and I love the way the community builds here, I know I'm going to get to Festival and spend every day saying hi, finally we meet..... Wink Wave

Gonna see the Avett Brothers tonight.  First time I saw them was in T-ride, and I seem to remember that it was an early spot during the day.  These guys have progressed SO much - ain't it time to bring 'em back to the Fest?  They could be a huge Saturday night closer!

My daughter Lauren would just be a puddle if the Avetts were there this year.  I'd love to see that!
