Comfortable and clean 3 bedroom, 2 bath home for rent with evaporative cooler to keep you cool. North 2.5 blocks of 4th avenue stoplight on main. 7 minute walk to festival, 5 minute walk to Stone Cup coffee, or St. Vrain Market or Oskar Blues! Recently remodeled kitchen, nice back deck (can even hear the music a little late night!) for picking some tunes. 2 blocks east of the Planet Bluegrass cliffs by the river!

will sleep 3 couples, or family with 2-3 kids!
1 room with king bed, 1 room with queen, and 1 double futon mattress. will consider a dog if well-behaved.

Available any time starting Wednesday July 23 in the afternoon until Monday or Tuesday, July 27 or 28. Would consider vacating early so you could have it for the week of the academy.

$1000.00 for the weekend (4 nights) plus deposit. $150 per additional night.
Thank you for your interest!

yes!  $1,000 is peanuts when divided by the mass of folks I'll invite to shower every day and to pick/drink beer all night.  I figure $10 per person per day should cover it.  where's the liquor cabinet?  any plumbing problems we should know about?   Okay if the neighbors join us so they don't complain?   I'll pay $100 damage deposit

kidding of course.  good luck - I'm sure you'll rent it to some nice folks.

Hey footyfree!

I'm happy to have plenty of people stay and use my place, to invite the neighbors, to pick tunes all night long on my deck...you'll have to stock the liquor.

It's Rockygrass! and in the Festivarian spirit, I want people to have fun in my town on my tarp so to speak...as long as the renters are respectful of taking good care of the place. Lots of fun, picking tunes and sharing is encouraged :-)

a true festivarian!  thanks but I'm set up and now looking for an on-site camp and 3 day fest pass for a friend.  I'm sure others will experience the joy at your place.

be well

How far away is your house from the festival grounds?  Can you walk?  And if not, do you know if there is parking at the festival (if you just have tickets/no camping tix)?  Would you be willing to accept 700$?
