I was just wondering . I'm camping at the high school on Wednesday but i'll be arriving to Telluride on Monday or Tuesday . Would it be cool if I pitched a tent in Town Park for Monday night and Tuesday night ? If not i'll try Sunshine and some others close by . Thanks-Stevens- Wave

Hey Stevens : Wave,

Only those with Town Park tickets are allowed to camp in Town Park that week. You're free to visit and enjoy the pre-fest activities in Town Park (but can't have the tent/stay there).

Billy is correct, but there are plenty of FS campgrounds close to Telluride.

When day/time does permit parking only begin in town, and on a related note, when do the buses from Town Park to parking out of town start running?
