Hey Billy . Where are you camping ? I'm at the High School . This is the first year I won't be in Warner Field . A good 7 year run ,not bad . And the High School could be cool . I got the Palm right in my back yard . I hope Greensky plays there .  Wave

Hey Pete . That Festival sounds awesome !! Unfortunately I leave for Telluride that weekend . Maybe I could squeeze it in one of these years . I hear a lot of these groups don't like L.A. ? I can't imagine why (LOL)

It would be interesting to split the set and then infuse them at the end. Interesting .....

At least they are doing two shows this weekend at the Ogden...of course that won't satisfy the desire to see them during the festival, but we'll give it a shot Cheers. Who knows....perhaps the dusters will make the trek from Palisade and do a nightgrass show!!

I noticed that more and more bands that are not on the main stage play nightgrass shows . Maybe we'll get lucky . Is Palisade close to Telluride . Its funny to hear Palisades Co. because I live in Palisades L.A. .

Love the Stringdusters! Just saw them at the 9:30 Club in D.C..  They killed it.  First time I ever saw them was in Elks' Park.  It was downright fantastic.

Billy, if they come to your camp, I am coming by!

One week from right now, I'll be rocking out with the Dusters in Missoula. I'm looking at trying to make String Summit this year because I'm not sure I can handle a festival season without them. They are my favorite band in the business today. Salmon is the only other group that comes close for me.

I.S. musta got stuck somewhere on the plains of Wyoming today.
The Salt Lake City show has been postponed 'til tomorrow evening (they were headin' over the mountains from Denver for tonight's show)
Parts of I-80 are closed due to snow and wind... and it really can get windy with blowing snow on that stretch of highway.
I hope they're not spendin' the night at a truck stop ifn they're just drivin' a van from show to show.  Do you think they have a "tour bus" they're travelin' in?
Ah, maybe they'll come up with a new song from the experience...

Saw their nice, cozy tour bus parked last night. Hoping they are warm inside with the generator running.  Sunshine

The Dusters killed it tonight! Best concert I've been to, well, since I saw the Dusters at the Palm in Telluride. Incredible show. Hopefully I'll get a chance to see them this summer. I just applied top be a volunteer at String Summit, so hopefully I get to see them there!
