Hello fellow festivarians. My buddy and I are trying to set up a beer/growler exchange this year. I was hoping that I could get an idea from this wonderful site if it is something that you Lawson hill peeps would be interested in. We are thinking it would be great to try the different beers that all you like to indulge in and meet some great people. Please post your thoughts or ideas. Can't wait to here back from you! Hope to make some official plans the next couple of months. See you soon...

I would be interested in a bottle share of some sorts. I'll be flying into Telluride rather than driving this year, but I think that I'll likely be able to squeeze at least a couple into the pack.

I think that a bomber exchange does sound a little easier. Would also bring a little more variety too. Good idea.

Would be into this, coming from Oregon and staying on Lawson Hill, could definitely throw some extra 22s in the car.

I brew at a small craft brewery in the Vail Valley and would love to supply plenty of growlers, bombers and cans, for the exchange! Great idea!

I would like to participate in some sort of bottle share, but I'll be staying in town and not at a campsite. It seems like we have people in various campsites and folks in town that would want to participate. Is there some sort of communal place that everyone could meet up to partake?

I seem to recall that the Telluride Brewery was willing to host a similar event last year although it ended up happening in Town Park before the festival.
I'm sure the local sheriff would frown on a public place in the streets or a park.
Maybe someone can check with the brewery and see if they want to host it.
The only issue there would be having to go out of town to get there and back.
