Scalpers for tbf tickets SUCK

Yikes please don't make the whole festival lottery! Oh the anxiety! As a second timer I was very aware of the demand. Last year missed 4 day passes and ended up having to buy a single day pass for each day which costs money money in the end. This year I had my desktop, laptop and phone going right at 11am (est). Laptop got there first. I think the scalpers are very aware of the demand and though PB has a 4 ticket limit they prob have multiple computers, credit cards and people working with them. Still I believe most of the tickets were sold to those who truly knew they need to go to the fest and made sure they got tix by being there right away.

It is all getting too hard to come out there and there is no real solution to the lottery. Options: Get lucky, be patient, pay a scalper.

I bought Nightgrass tickets last year from a fellow festivarian on this board last year. They were the only missing piece that I didn't get in the lotteries. I was willing to 'pay extra'...but was simply charged face. And the tickets were sent to me before i sent a dime. Trust. Community spirit. Kindness. That is what it is all about and what makes it so cool.

I got my Punch Brothers nightgrass tickets from Armmon, too.  He's awesome!  (And that was one of the highlights of last year for me!)

Hey, guys - I just got my ticket for face from a kind festivarian who got really lucky in the lottery.  It can happen.  Just keep your eyes open, ask around, and be ready to buy!  Keeping my fingers crossed for you guys!
