I didn't win the RGA lottery and really want to attend the intermediate guitar classes. What's the best way to get a ticket? I have read that tickets are nontransferable and that they are suppose to go back up for sale if someone can't go but how will I to know if that happens? Should I just keep watching the Festival Mercantile page?

Keep watching the re-sale tickets.  Closer to the actual academy dates more seem to come available.
