It looks like next years festival will be a little more 420 friendly with the town approving retail marijuana sales. Wink

As it should be..now perhaps they will address the dust factor with all those new revenues. Paved paths and astro grass?

In the T-ride News article, they state:  "It also makes it unlawful to consume, use, display or grow marijuana on town-owned or leased property."

Being that Town Park is a municipal area, the law seems to be that smoking there would still be illegal.  Not that they would enforce it, but they COULD.
