Reminder to you rga newbies: As has been the tradition at rga for many years, we anticipate that rookies will be providing beer for everyone, including vets. The consensus this time of year is that pilsner, lager and ipa are the favorites. Kegs work if you can keep them cold, otherwise the old 12 oz in a cooler is just fine. many have found it easiest to bring a little red pull-wagon, load it with ice and beer, and make your way through the camping area shouting "beer here!". You'll occasionally get a tip but that's not why you do it. gotta pay your dues y'know. You'll also notice poles with yellow flags near most sites. The flags are raised when someone in the vicinity needs a beer. Think Casa Bonita.
Sorry for the late notice if you hadn't already been informed.
Note: this post, lest anyone be confused, is indeed a lame attempt at a joke, brought on by the excitement and adrenalin knowing rga is just a day away! Any newbie who shows up with extra beer is welcome, but don't blame me.
