It seems our scheduled tasting at 12 on Wed. interferes with some other events. Homebrewers who plan on bringing beer to share only - please take this survey to determine if we can move it:

Thanks!

Gee I really wish SOMEONE AT ALL would have something about this when we set this up six months ago. Mad NOBODY said anything up until the last week before the festival. Now it's a big deal? huh Now? I would have been more than willing to work with the times when we set this up. If only someone would have said something then, it would not have been a problem now. I apologize about infringing on what you had planed. That was not my intention. Festivarian   Ross

hey skyrunner - I'm definitely not pleased at the reaction. I don't even know what this cup is. I wish someone would explain it to me. I've received some responses, and there is no clear consensus. Can we just run it in tandem by the cup event? Is there a reason we can't just combine activities? I really don't like the idea of moving it to a new time slot the more I think about it. And moving it to Illium will prevent anyone not camping there from attending. Thoguhts?

I'll be in Town Park tomorrow morning for land rush and to help set up
Run a Muck.
We will figure it out tomorrow.
Who should I talk to as the reps for the homebrew?
Maybe we can combine at Run a Muck. I need to check with
The camp elders.  :)
Is 2pm on weds not an option for homebrew? It's only a 2 hour slot change.

why was it moved from Tuesday? Isn't that the day it has usually occurred? The homebrew tasting that is.

It was moved to Wed. because many of the brewers weren't going to be in town until then. I think this matter's been settled - no reason we can't run both events in tandem together. A Town Park Cup Homebrew Extravaganza!  Pipe  Cheers
