I will be about 30 weeks pregnant at Telluride this year and besides staying hydrated and rested, do you ladies have any advice?

Thanks!

My wife will be 27 weeks along. I am setting up a shade tent in the back for her/us. You are welcome to join.

I was pregnant with my daughter back in 2007 and I remember getting very HOT during the day.  I soaked bandanas in ice water to wear around my neck, cooled my feet by the waterfall in TP camping, and staying in the shade under an EZ-Up.  It worked like a charm   Wink

Stay cool, hydrated and well rested and you will be good to go!  See you soon!

Depending on where/how you are camping, you may want to set up some system for bathroom breaks in the middle of the night especially if it's cold and yucky... I was around 32 weeks in 1995 and it was one of the coldest ,wettest years and he danced on my bladder all night necessitating walking out in the cold and mud every 15 minutes...
