I just wanted to take a minute to say how thrilling and joyous my experience at Rockygrass was this year.  I just got home to Seattle and can't get my mind off the fabulous players I got to hear and play with...  Danny Barnes, Mike Bub, Sam Bush, Claire Lynch, Missy Raines, Scott Vestal and lots more.   The "festivarians" were incredibly warm and welcoming and musically literate which made the experience all the more memorable and special.  I don't think there is anything like Rockygrass in the whole United States (maybe with the possible exception of Merlefest which is also great) and to be a part of it is something I will remember and treasure as long as I live.    I hope to be able to come back soon and do it all over again, but till then--
Thank you all.

I listened to you from the box office handing out wristbands and must say I told each in there I am going to buy your music and learn more bout your style.  I loved it.  We turned the volume up and your set really came through and made a very positive impression.  Thanks. Also I think it is neat that you as a musician come to the forum and post.  We love ya!

I loved your set, Laura. Very cool that you posted to this site. I've been having fun discovering "Negrass"! I love it. Please come back to Telluride or to RG and bring Tim with you! The two of you could do a killer set!

I love it when the performers take the time to come post on the forum and know what our community is all about. Your set was great, Laura! So glad to see you at RockyGrass.  First saw you at the Old Settlers Inn in Moundridge, Kansas in the fall of 2003!  ( i think it was just you and Jen at that show?)

thanks!

I am not quite sure how to reply to individuals here, ....and learn how to play the fiddle.

Quite a to do list!!!  Good luck with that.  As for replying, we're amongst friends and don't mind reading posts directed to anyone.  If you want to get really personal, you can click on the person's name to the left and then there's another button to send a personal message.  But really, post here and don't worry.  From your list it looks like you have a gift and a mission, and a purpose, the computer stuff can be last on your list.  Flower
