Does anyone know if Thursday's festivities will start at 10am or 11am? Last year, I believe Chris & Bela started at 11am (gates at 10am). This year, we have 8 artists on day one versus 7 last year. I'm trying to figure out when to schedule a bathroom break. Thus far, my math skills can't wrangle all the artists into an 11am-11pm day.

Thanks....only 3 weeks left!

While we've got some Qs going...toward the evening/latter half of the day, how long do set last?

For example, as set closers how long will Mumford and Leftover get?

Historically, gates have opened at 10:00 with the first act at 11:00 on Thursday.  The next 3 days, the gates open at 9:00 with the first act starting at 10:00.  At least that's the way I remember it.  We get to ease into it a bit on Thursday and then all hell breaks loose.

You can view a lot of the previous programs at Telluride Tom's website http://www.telluridetom.com/
They'll have the schedule listed in all of them.

It might be counter-productive to try to forsee this-could lead to bad information floating around.  I'm sure they will have it all in print soon.

I'm a little concerned, Brownie.  How far in advance do you USUALLY schedule your bathroom breaks?

But if you're worried about it, a good pair of Depends can keep you in front of the stage for hours of beer drinking!

In my experience (this will be my 4th festival), the Planet is usually pretty reliable with set times (i.e., if they say 10 a.m. is start time, Chris will probably start pretty close to 10) and the opening set is about 45 minutes. But, like oddfired suggested, it's probably best to avoid such specific speculation for the sake of the people who won't read very closely.

I love 30-minute breaks between most sets - allows plenty of time for corn dog acquisition.

Thanks - I'm sure that's what I meant.  Although this year I'm gonna wrap my Killer around a corn dog and see what happens.   Cheers
