OK, well, one more that I'm particularly excited about (of course, I LOVE it all, but...)

Thanks for playing everyone!  Kinda fun, eh? There were truly some last minute things to coordinate, but all will be revealed shortly.

Thumbs Up Festive is the only way to be...thanks guys!  Festivaaaaal!! Who's counting down....Tom?

Notes:

Steve couldn't make it this year.

Yes, THAT Dispatch. :)

THERE ARE single Thursday and single Sunday, for now.  A friday/saturday in Ilium with a lil road trip or something wouldn't suck.  And, MAYBE some nightgrass.  They are going to be hard to come by.

No Cheese or Salmon for Nightgrass.

And, we'd respectfully request a week or two before having the nightgrass done!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please?

And, while everyone may not love everything on the lineup, it is our way of saying

THANKS

Actually, I've been listening to that concert with Dispatch at Radio City Music Hall, since I didn't know much about them before.  WOW.  That's going to be really good!!!  Thanks, PB, for introducing me to some good stuff!

Ferg and Brian  How about a Printer Friendly version for the single-day lineup.  I would like to print it out for the refrigerator so we can start planning our days.  Actually Telluride Tom showed me how to do that last year or so, but that was too long ago for this old man.  Be nice to have a Printer Friendly button.

Yes I would actually like to retract my earlier comparison to M&S these guys have their own sound and I can't wait to check them out.  Thank you for uping my abismally low hipness factor.

worth the wait ... i'm as happy as a pig in poop :)

the line-up was already great ... would have been just as happy if you didn't announce additonal bands until we reach the field ...

thanks !  looking forward to a fun week, kicking it off with Tedeschi Trucks at Red Rocks  Thumbs Up

Well, hot damn...color me excited!  Killer lineup.  And now my mind has taken me from this otherwise dreary Tuesday to that mystical Box Canyon on the Summer Solstice and all seems right with the world.  Just what I needed.  Can't wait to see all of my festivarian family in a few months!

Brian's video linked to the Milk Carton Kids.

Brian linked to 2 videos, one of which was Dispatch.

Dispatch will be what they will be come June 21

Yes they will, and I'm sure it will be fun.  But... My question wasn't meant to be sarcastic.  Are there two Dispatch(s)?   I don't care for the one I thought I knew (not that it matters) but they didn't even seem reminiscent in sound or appearance to the band in Brian's video.

Yeah!

Post the other Dispatch so we can give it a look (I thought there was only one)

No need,  I've figured that they're one in the same.  I'll have to give them some more time because I've had my mind changed about a band by TBF before and all the organizers have done more that enough to earn a bit of trust.   Some of my favorite sets from the past have come as a complete surprise.   That said.... From what I had seen of them before today, they could have be one of any of the ubiquitous, uninspired college jam/reggae,dub/pop bands (of course there was a huge audience so what do I know).
