Brian's video linked to the Milk Carton Kids.

Brian linked to 2 videos, one of which was Dispatch.

Dispatch will be what they will be come June 21

Yes they will, and I'm sure it will be fun.  But... My question wasn't meant to be sarcastic.  Are there two Dispatch(s)?   I don't care for the one I thought I knew (not that it matters) but they didn't even seem reminiscent in sound or appearance to the band in Brian's video.

Yeah!

Yeah!

Post the other Dispatch so we can give it a look (I thought there was only one)

dispatch has a rabid fan base, and has the ability to full on rock, or lean a bit towards the roots realm as represented in the video Brian posted.

Here's a link to a full show from Dispatch, for those of you who are curious:

LOL not what I meant...

Perhaps you like the sound of "devoted fan base" more?

I'd never heard of them, so I pulled up a live show on spotify....I hear a little good jamband, a little Spearhead influence, definitely some talent.  I'm going to predict some Town Park Campers coming back into the Festival from camp to check them out.

The youtube video Brian posted made me think a hint of Wolfstone as well. Cheers

Dispatch is going to be awesome.  They absolutely bring it live.
   http://youtu.be/1q39sJ-tk_s

Since Ferg opened the door, I'll chime in with another new band confirmed for the 2013 lineup that no one's guessed...

The Milk Carton Kids.
http://youtu.be/6_Yh6bV10ss

Based on that youtube clip they sound (to me anyway) a lot like Mumford and Sons, is Mumford and Sons definitley one of the three playing or are we just jumping to conclusions?

The Milk Carton Kids absolutely destroy M&S, and sound nothing like them.  They're one of Ed Helms' favorite, so I'm sure we'll see him around this year as well.  Goat Rodeo?

i think he was referring to dispatch in the video sounding like m & s.

I was referring to Dispatch and I agree Milk Carton Kids are pretty awesome.

Can someone please please tell me if Steve Martin is playing with the Steep Canyon Rangers?  If its not a yes, can you make this happen?  Love his comic relief and their sound together.  Also I just want to say thank you.  Bringing my parents and whole family this year, and this line up is incredible.

One last question, by old school cheese does this mean Travis and Kang can't select songs or push jams in electronica new school cheese?  Billy as the leader?  20minute Restless Wind with bluesy intro?

Thank you!
