We're getting close to announcing the rest of the Telluride Bluegrass lineup. In the meantime, Thursday and Sunday single-day tickets are still available – a fact which will likely change quickly once we've revealed the rest of the historic lineup. 'Nuff said.

Cheers,

Of course we're getting closer, but according to last year:

http://www.festivarian.com/index.php/topic,13840.0.html

http://www.festivarian.com/index.php/topic,13839.0.html

http://www.festivarian.com/index.php/topic,13838.0.html

... and the post I think is most on target for this year from the "ETA" thread:

"we've decided to try and sell the single day tickets to those wanting to come to see "The Festival", rather than a particular act."

But how does this work if four-day tickets are already sold out?  If someone wants to come only for these unannounced bands isn't their only choice now to buy a Thursday or a Sunday ticket (but not a four-day festival ticket)?

It seems likely that if the bands are a big draw maybe those that already have Fri/Sat tickets would try and come early..would people really go all the way to Telluride for one show on a Thursday night?

Can't answer the poll...one thing I've learned about being in Telluride.  "Today" is always the best day.

Getting closer?  Would it be possible to get farther?  If so, may I please borrow your time machine - I need to lend Steve Jobs a few bucks a few years ago.

I don't want to sound whiny, but whhhhhhhhhhhhyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy the delay???  Any tickets left will sell out as soon as you announce, right?

Also, I would like to officially challenge my status on the forum.  Can't it say rookie or newb or fng or something??
