We got our tickets and HS camping after 40 minutes, about a 15 minute improvement over last year, and we did get the Holiday Pricing. When we got the "unable to connect..." or whatever message, we kept refreshing, rather than trying to start at the beginning again. We placed the tix in the cart several times before they finally registered as being in the cart. Also, my credit card was rejected at first, even though I double-checked the numbers, but it worked the second time. I hope everyone gets what they want! Keep going, and you'll get through eventually!

Gonna have to give up soon to do some actual work... Not sure if I have 0 tickets, or 12 tickets, or what.

first things first -- i had the sameproblems as everyone else with the website. i hope i only bought the two tickets i needed and not 6. second -- i finally got through for my two tickets and they are listed in the 'my account' section on shop.bluegrass.com, however i haven't received any sort of email confirmation and that makes me nervous. did anyone else who got through get an email?? I didn't get email confirmation yet either, but like yours, the ticket and camping purchase are also listed in "My Account" with the full amount for the 3 tickets and camping passes we bought. I'm guessing that things are so slow and backed up that the email confirmations are behind schedule.
