Tickets go on sale on Wednesday, and still no lineup. I was hoping for at least some kind of tease by this point. Of course, the entire lineup won't be set, but I need to rally the troops to get a group to go with me! Give me some bait Planet Bluegrass. Help a brother out!

Ferg mentioned in another post that the preliminary line up won't be announced until Dec 21st.

Ferg announced yesterday that Sam Bush will be playing Sat night.  It's the 40th TBF and Sam Bush is playing, what else do you need? Also, Steve Martin and Steep Canyon Rangers are all but official.

P.S. No Packer jerseys allowed at the fest.  Have fun losing to the Vikes this weekend. LOL

If that's a CSU jersey instead of a Packers in your pic(which upon further review I think it might be), then disregard my previous statement.  Thumbs Up

There's a lineup?  I thought once everyone that mattered was in one place, Craig just started tossing people up on stage.  We just sort of show up and see what happens.

The Steep Canyon Rangers often tour w/out Steve Martin.  Their site does not currently have Steve w/ them at TBF.  Maybe you have some insider knowledge?  It'd be awesome to get to see Steve Martin, but it doesn't appear that he'll be with them.

Lol! Are you drunk? The packers will be beating the Viqueens two times in the next few weeks. Good luck next year vikings! Haha

P.S. I WILL be wearing my Rodgers and Matthews jerseys most of the time this year!

I am hoping that they will not release any lineup information until after this Wednesday, after tickets go on sale.  There seems to be enough competition for the four day passes.  I will need to order my tickets from work on the sly which will make it even harder for me.  Last year I waited until I got home at 5:00 EST (3:00 MST) and the Holiday priced tickets were already gone.

Like someone said in an earlier post, I don't care who will or will not be there, I am buying tickets.

See you in June,
Go Colts.

I love seeing them without Steve, too.  They're amazing musicians in their own right.  While I think their work with Steve has been great for them and has allowed them to get more exposure, I think his celebrity sometimes overshadows them a bit, too.  Anyway, either way, I'm happy they're in the line-up.  And if their schedule isn't too tight, I can see those boys coming down into Town Park for jams at night.  I've seen them do that at other festivals.  They're a lot of fun.

I agree. They were fantastic at Targhee this year. I imagine that we'll get a set of just them even if Steve is with them. I could see them getting a firstgrass slot or an Elks Park set. They'd could probably even get a nightgrass show going. I bet we'll get plenty of Steep Canyon Rangers at the 40th.

Way to talk trash after you know the score of the game.  I will be using your Rodgers and Matthews jerseys as my 5x7 tarp most of the time.   Wave

I hope everyone is able to get their 4 day passes tomorrow! :)
