Perhaps a Tim O'Brien/Darrell Scott set.  Also I think Bob Weir, Chris Robinson, and Jackie Greene are still touring together with an acoustic set.  Pipe 2

Fleet Foxes (would be an epic ring through the box canyon!)

I'm going to have to disagree with this one.   No more 70's soft-rock please :)

Wow - I'd LOVE to see Toad!

How about a re-run?  One of my all-time favorite T-ride performances was Bobby McFerrin.  Especially when he jumped the Poser Pit fence to join the 99%'ers.

Anyone hear of The Giving Tree Band?  I just saw these guys last night at the Jackpine Jamboree in Wisconsin and they put on one hell of a show!  They were featured on the Dead Covers Project doing a cover of Brown Eyed Women.  Here's a link for the vid: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=htSjip1UnZk

Some great suggestions! I thought of a few I would love to see, in addition to the usual, greatly anticipated 'regulars'.
Paul Simon (who recently was picking with Jerry Douglas!)
Vince Gill
Ricky Skaggs
