Anyone else bummed the cups don't say "Telluride" or "2012" on them?  Can we add these to next year's cups, pretty please?   Flower

In the grand scheme of things, themed beer cups aren't really too much of a bit deal.  However, I do also wish they would have somehow been identified with TBF and heard lots of people with that same comment during the festival.

I noticed that too.  Plus they are slightly taller/narrower than years past.  I looooove my collector festi-cups from each year!

I'm a little confused, guys.

The cup sitting on my desk has the dates and the year on it.

Could someone post a picture of said dateless cups, please?

When you reply to this post click on the "additional options" at the bottom.  That'll reveal a button to browse for an image to attach to your post.

I'm really curious to see what cups you're talking about.  I had a mockup of this year's cup on my desk for the past few weeks and it definitely had the TBF dates, KOTO's logo with 39 years, etc. But I never had a chance to stop by the beer booth to see one in action.   Rolleyes

Soooo....theoretically...if I got a defective festi-cup with no date on it then can I assume it will be reimbursed (with beer) at Rockygrass?  Because I definitely have my receipt right here in my....uhhh...it's in my other pants.

I had two cups that cracked and had to be replaced - so having had multiple cups I can tell you there were different ones.  One did say Telluride Bluegrass Festival (I don't remember if it has the year, it's at home) and another mentioned 2-3 other festivals (Rockygrass etc. - I don't remember exactly which ones) but did not mention Telluride.

So, they must have made a certain quantity for each festival and distributed more than one kind.

For the last 2 years, it seems like if you get cups in the very beginning of the festy, they do not have the dates, but later ones do have the year on them....Chris was bummed when he didn't see the date, but after some late night ground scores on Friday, we did get cups with dates...I don't really understand WHY, but that's how it's been for 2 years.....
