Anyone know if the tents placed in the back of the festival are all private or are any of them available to public for relief from the sun? Having skin issues and you know how intense that sun can be.
If you're referring to the sunshades in 'Kelty Village', then yes, they are private. But...in festivarian tradition, any unoccupied tarp or shade is shared space until the owner returns. And usually, all you need to do is ask if you see someone with extra room. This is a share-and-share-alike crowd, and it's a great way to meet new people.
