Hi crew,

We will be bringing along our rackets and some high altitude balls.  Any body interested in playing early week before the festival starts?  Just another outdoor activity.

Hello fellow tennis players!   Wave

I'm bringing racquets this year, would love to hit around.  I'll be arriving on Friday before the festival.  We should get a festi-mixer going!

Thumbs Up I'd do that. I always stop to watch locals play during pre-fest, and have thought of bringing raquets along. They make high altitude tennis balls?

So why don't we pick a time to all meet at the courts.  How does Monday before the fest starts at 11?   We will see how many we have and we can round robin with the rackets, racquets, and high altitude balls.  YEAH TENNIS!  Aces & winners.

That must be a high altitude ball coming at him.   LOL
Reservations can't happen for a bit.  I will look into it when I arrive in T-ride

After some studious internet research brought on by serious mid-week at-work boredom, I'm certain that there is no consensus of racket vs. racquet.  English versus American, tennis versus racquetball, sports versus wall street crooks, who knows!?

Even in tennis terms, festivarian differences make things more interesting!   Cheers

I'll swing by Monday at 11 to see if we've managed to pull anything off.

This will be a tad early for me. Monday pre-noon is Debbiefromtuscon's BloodyMaryMondayMorning, so right after that I'd be ready!

Sorry, no mixers.  You must have us confused with people who stand around and drink all day, talking to old friends and making new ones.
