understanding the lottery process

Hi all!

I just want to make sure I understand the lottery process corrrectly...

Can you only enter the lottery once?
or can you enter the lottery more than once as long as you use a different credit card?
I requested 2 of the 4 day passes and if they only have one 4 day pass, will they send me the one or none?

Two entries per household, one per credit card.  It's an all or nothing with the 4 day pass request.
