PSA - public service announcement(s)
• Béla Fleck and The Flecktones were just touring recently and doing gigs with Bruce Hornsby and the Noisemakers. Both bands played Denver Botanic Gardens at Chatfield (Littleton, CO) on July 24, 2011.
Just last week, the Live Music Archive admins were asking us patrons for listener favorites shows that were taped this summer. They wanted to hear the best shows to be listened to, so they could be considered for Staff Picks. A taper named "Royboy" recorded this show. On Aug 5, he torrented it to etree (the folks who run the LMA) for public sharing. Last week I uploaded this show to the LMA and put it into the Béla Fleck and The Flecktones collection (over 300 shows). Then I recommended it for Staff Picks. They selected it, and now
it appears on the LMA home page, under Staff Picks (right side of web page).

• I was just telling this story to Planet Bluegrass and Denver Botanic Gardens several days ago. Both of these organizations were sponsors of, and vendors at,
The 2011 Sustainable Living Fair, held this past weekend in Fort Collins, Colorado. I volunteered there and visited with both of them.
