Need housing for Folks Fest?  This furnished home has 3 beds, a foldout sofa and a regular sofa.  Can sleep 8 or 9.   Just several houses from the St. Vrain River.  The best way to reach me today is by text or phone at 785 550 4944.   Text might be even better in the event I am meeting with someone.   If it has not been snapped up by the time you contact me, we might negotiate.
