Hello, I am a first timer to Rocky grass and am wondering about a couple of things. Telluride is the only fest that I have done, does RG have about the same great atmosphere? Does it get near as cold at night? Keeping in mind I had an awesome time at Telluride, Will this be about the same? Any camping tips would help to. Thanks

This is Colorado in July, pack for heat with a daily chance of monsoon, then heat. Possible cool nights but rare. It's a smaller version of Telluride, great vibe, but it all about the night picking which is by far better than Telluride. (my opinion) because it's not as cold, it makes it much more social since the circles are out in the open more. Enjoy!  Cheers

Camping tips?

You're gonna have a GREAT time, of course, I'm biased, I live here. RockyGrass is much smaller than TBF. Only about 3500 people a day compared to the 10,000 Telluride allows. It is going to be hot this weekend, forecast mid to high 90s. The nights will get to mid 60s. We have two great local markets for fresh food and anything else you need while camping. Have fun!!!
