I can release all my desires for each previously requested artist to request one more, especially since what I want means little to nothing, and what I put out is gone, digested, or shall be.

                                                                          :hop Van Morrison :hop

I wuz listening to the Monterrey Jimi recording as He's rambling to the crowd about the conceptions of the Greenwich Village streets being lined with gold being banana peels.  What a wonderful character Jim Hendrix is, hard to say if I'd rather see him or Bob Marley.

Ratdog played a few years back for the Blues N Brews. That was really fun.  Thumbs Up

Yes Cindy Lou, it was a lot of fun!  ... although it must be getting early.  the clocks are running late, because it was almost 10 years ago.

Ratdog sounded GREAT last night on the TRI webcast.

Neil Young! Making a new record with Crazy Horse, who knows if they'll tour or not.

I'm hoping for a return of ZBB! I wish the Hillbenders would return to Telluride as well, but seeing as they're playing Rockygrass( I know its possible, though I think it's highly improbable, they could play TBF to) I doubt we'll see them. I know everyone's wishing for Steve Martin and SCR, so am I, but seeing as he's scheduled in KC on the 21st I'm doubting it. There's another band I heard recently at Pickin' in the pines in Flagstaff call X Train that I would love seeing, I just don't know if their big enough to be a blip on PB's radar. My final hopeful is Hot Rize and why not?

Fact: There are many bands that have a gig in & around KCMO right before Telluride, some even add in Lincoln, NE. In the tour world it's known as "the road to Telluride". Basically, gig your way to Telluride by playing several dates along I-10, I-40, I-70 or I-80, headed from East to West.

Anything & Everything is possible at FESTIVVVAAALLL!!!
(ok - YES! - I am holding my breath waiting for the next round of announcements!)
