Anyone interested in getting up for a breakfast of yoga on HighSchool campgrounds?  I regularly practice Vinyasa but we can mix it all up and just do what makes our bodies feel good.  I'm sure that after sleeping on the ground it will feel really really good.   Kids are welcome to join us.

sounds fantastic!  after a 30 hour car ride and all that sleeping/sitting on the ground, yoga would be welcome!

Let's try for 8:00 am Thursday morning.   Where I don't know cause I've never been there.  But Ill try find a spacious spot where we can sprawl out.  just look for yoginis & yogis.  I'm not a teacher but we can just congregate and share movement that God gave us.

8am after Yonder the night before could be a tall order.  I'll be in my tent until the heat boots me out, so I'll have to play it by ear.  Regardless, I have to stretch or I'll hurt myself.  That's just how I roll...
