There has been one mining cart there for years. You just couldn't see it because of their set up!  LOL

The JHBoys will be fine, I'm sure of it!  Thumbs Up

Do I remember? It was only the earliest ABGAT EVER!

That was 2009 when we saw the last snow on the peaks at TBF and then were in Telluride again in September to see the first snow on the peaks the same year. Drove in to Town Park Campground and "drunk dialed" Ron, which reminds me, I need to pass his number along to a few hundred folks in the next few days.

Just because I haven't done this in quite some time...

Report in that Camp Billy's main site is secured...."By a very, very, narrow margin" sayd Abgateer Kelly.  Don't know the state of Michael's site...but whomever has it had better let Michael park in his spot.

Most big ticket items are ready and in the trailer....but LOTS to do still!

DukTape Man is already in line for Landrush, folks! Flower

On his way up to the Preserve, he noticed a change down by the Jailhouse...

Flat Ron is gone!! Oh, noooo!! EEK!

The jail may be missing, but there is a pretty cool addition to Town Park:

A bear-proof food storage locker! Thumbs Up

As one festivarian pointed out, it may keep the bears out, but will it keep the homeless squatters out? huh

It's right next to Kenny and Deanne's campsite. (#12, I think?)

The only update I have is regarding Flamingo's site. There are campers there right now, but they are checking out on Monday. SO, they have a couple of days to get someone up there to take over the spot.

All of camp Billy and the Az Bowl are secure.

Small hitch...Parks & Rec expanded the area in Camp Billy they tape off the Planet Bluegrass Boundary tape, and all of Sherwood Foret (as usual) is off limits), but so is our spot in the hollow!  Sounds like they've stepped up enforcement, and the word is that if we roll in Wed. night as expected, there's no place to call home.  We'll either need to set up and move, or not show until Friday.

Can you just move the tape? A little bit at a time so no one will notice?
