started filling and sealing on monday ... hopefully, they'll move along according to schedule.  It is an overlay, so shouldn't be nearly as time consuming as reconstructing the road base & I don't see why they shouldn't be finished well before bluegrass.    While the road definitely "needs" it, I thought it served as an effective "macro speed bump" over the past couple/few years.
