this is my first time coming to TBF, my boyfriend and I will be traveling from southwestern PA. Any insite to what the campground will be like? Also, am very curious as to how the daily entrance to the festival works. I remember reading something about getting in line early in order to secure a spot?

There is a line for the daily "tarp run", people start lining up sometimes before the last act is finished and stay out in line all night.  Makes you wonder why you need a campground.

But remember, if you spy a seat (or tarp) unoccupied during the festival, feel free to take until the 'owners' get back.

I tend to carry a crazy creek chair around with me to find some open space. If there are a few people on a large tarp, feel free to ask if you can join them. Most of them will let you, especially since there is only two of you. If you do take an empty seat, be sure to let the owner get it when he/she gets back. Most of the time, you won't be asked to leave the tarp, just to make some room. On occasion, they will have their entire crew coming in for a show and they will need that space and ask you, politely, to find another spot.

not the most expert of tarp throwers from many I've seen in the past, but you get the point nonetheless...
