Hi - I am so excited to finally make it to TBF, but am traveling solo and am a little nervous about that.  I am camping at the high school and cannot get there until Wed. night...where do I park and will I have a hard time finding a spot?  Thanks for any and all advice!

Hey I have no idea where you park for the High School but I assume they'll tell you where when you get there and then you'll probably leave your car for the duration of the fest.  Don't worry bout going it alone you'll meet lots of great people and make tooooons of friends.  TBF is the best place on earth!  Cheers

I doubt there will be spots left by Wednesday, but if you get to the high school early enough, I believe you just park in their parking lot. As far as flying solo goes, you're never alone at Telluride. This will be my 4th year going. In years past, I've come with my brother, but I'm flying solo this year. You'll meet people to hang with in no time.

You will be parking close to high school or up in Mtn Village, if the parking on west side of town has filled up, then you take the gondola down to town.  No worries  Thumbs Up

I'm pretty sure people are not allowed to camp at the high school until Wednesday, so there will be spots if you arrive Wednesday.  Actually, even if you show up Friday or Saturday there will be someplace to put a tent (assuming you have a ticket to camp there).  It's all good.

Good to  hear that I will have a camping spot...I have a camping ticket so I figured I would be good in that aspect...just kind-of curious as to how far I will be walking to my spot from where I have to park.

Kudos to all you hardy souls arriving by yourself.   Medal

You won't be solo for long and you will leave with tons of great new friends.
