Haha! It's good to know there are still people out there with high moral standards.  It makes me proud!

Nice, good tips on veggie places! If anyone wants to set up a vegetarian friendly potluck up in Lawson lemme know; we're working out a menu this weekend.

For the record tho, after all the bacon talk I've enured on this forum I'm not leavin happy without some of that greezy goodness. Who am I kidding, I've wanted a slab at least once a week for 5 years.  :drool :pig
             :cow

Also I agree with the swanson guy - vegan bacon has no place in civilized society.  Whatever they put in it has got to be worse than what they feed the pig...

Gepetto- Find me.... I'll have a lb bacon waiting for you.......... Good bacon.. Made with so much extra care- it's probably vegetarian( they treat the pigs as humanely as possible)... They even have a special "nursery" for the little pigs to play together during the day..

While I missed Telluride last year, I have been coming since 1998 as a vegetarian and have always found yummy things.  Hopefully Diggity Dog is still across from Elks Park.  I have missed that for 23 months now.  And the Bloody Mary at Floradora (I think)- that constitues vegetables for me.

And I hope to bring vegetarian collards from South Carolina for the pot luck on Wednesday night.

Can't wait to arrive in a week or so.
