Not receiving any forewarning of any sort of release. I would have NEVER found out how to get tickets if I would not have found this site. No time of official release for sales or anything. You go to the site and there is literally nothing that tells you anything about how or when to purchase tickets.

Planet Bluegrass sent out an email just for Nightgrass shows and the these tickets were also advertised on their website. Are you on their mailing list?

I've seen notices all over the place.  Should they knock on your door and personally deliver the message for you?

If there is anything amateurish, it is that there are clearly not enough servers to handle the current load... I cannot get to the checkout page.

I'm stuck there too right now ... very 1998!!

... fairly certain there's even software out there now which creates "waiting rooms" so you don't need tons of hardware to contend with very few high load situations

I think its scalpers. they are all over the mumford tours this year. followed them to telluride and clogging our servers with this extra side business they got going on with a SOLD OUT festival

DONE!  Cheers  Very annoying crashing but all good now.  Only 30 mins of stress, now back to
Packin' for Telluride!

I finally got through using Google Chrome. Internet Explorer would not load checkout for me. I ended up with two more trampled tickets than I planned for some reason, but I'm guessing that won't be a problem. Pretty relieved at this point after getting shut out of the lottery.

I got to the payment page, with timeouts on every step... Now I have to enter a billing address because it's different than the shipping address.  Mad
