WOW! What a great ticket buying experience!

Vastly improved over years past.  I was almost considering not even trying because of how miserable and angering last year's experience was, but figured, what the heck.  And it was smooth the whole way through.

That's sarcasm... right? I got 4-day passes in my cart, tried to checkout and was then told the 4-days were out of stock.

I believe that compared to last year, this year appears to have gone much better for the majority. There will always be hiccups in the system and I'm sorry you didn't get your tickets, but that was the case for almost everyone last year. It's a continuing process ad I'm sure the Planet will continue to evolve their system to better suit the masses.

And the statements some are making about the Planet needing to do something about the scalping are ridiculous. Do you truly believe they're not already doing everything in their power? I don't honestly think scalpers are the problem. The problem (if you wish to call it that) is that we've all stumbled onto a wonderful festival in the Colorado Rockies that has very recently become a bucket list item for many people the world over. Sure, some tickets went to scalpers, but to state or even imply that the majority did is simply ignorant. Yes, scalpers suck. We all know this. So refuse to buy from them. This is the only way we can get the power out of their hands. If we, a a community, hold fast to these ideals and practice what we preach, then the scalpers will eventually give this festival up as a lost cause.

10 years of this show and the last few have been absolute HELL and stressing me the    out!
Just trying to get there....
My cart got dumped or something trying to add camping...... This is absolute BS!  Why is there a 10 minute dump time...I AM STiLL SHOPPING  if I put something in my cart It's mine let me buy it.... I quite trying and started calling.
Kindly (NAMELESS)  informed me when I finally got through by telephone that I obviously was mistaken on my timing because the phones have stopped ringing for hrs... And he was sorry to inform me they are sold out ....  (not his fault but I have 137 calls from my cell trying to get through) 
Must be all the "new blood" loving this show.... I guess..
   What happen to the lotto??.   2 yrs ago  .... I won My GF won and my Mom won... Now I can't even find one!   I'm sorry to rant but I'm livid I love this show and all my friends
