Can you wrap yer festi head around this! Flower

As I sit here listening to Jerry Douglas playin Restless On The Farm. Thinking about summer and all those familiar sounds. Sammy, Tim, Bela, The Flecktones, Edgar and sooo many more...................wow.

We are flippin spoiled. Cheers

I hope they know how much of our summer they have become and how really appreciative of their talent we are. Smokin hot, each one alone. But together, man, off the charts smokin hot! Goosebump City!

What a beautiful ride those few days.  Medal

For anyone who remembers Chris Thile learning how to play Sam Bush's electric mandolin on stage a couple of years ago.... here's a video of that moment on youtube:

I didn't want to overlook them.

I look forward to hearing them the most and they are so wonderfully reliable to be at TBF year after year.

I've been thinking about this a lot, too. Every year, we get really excited and can't stop posting about all the new bands we're excited to see at TBF. We're so used to seeing The House Band, The Sam Bush Band, Yonder, Peter Rowan, Tim O'Brien, Bela Fleck . . . that we get spoiled. We expect them to be there and be amazing. They don't have to come year after year. They choose to come back every year to entertain us. I can't wait to hear The House Band tear it up again or hear Tim play us a new tune. To all the artists that show up in June to help us enjoy our summer, thank you. We truly appreciate it.
