Well, there's paragon sports. From their website, looks like they do bike rentals but I'm not sure about camping gear. Might want to give them a call. We bought some rope there last year that saved our Mondo tent from the supppperrr high winds down by the river where we were camped. Whew!

This will be the first TBF for me and my wife. We've been to other festivals before, but not the grand-daddy of them all! We are coming from FL and will need to rent camping gear, so far I've had no luck finding rental equipment. Does anyone know of any place at all that might rent some gear?

Also...since this is our first TBF - do you recommend a condo rental or camping?

Camping is wayyyyy more fun!!  I've done both condo and camping.

How are you getting here from FL?  If you are flying in or passing through Denver or Grand Junction there are REI stores which rent gear.

Okay...

1. I'm originally from Florida (WPB) and I camp... you can too!

2. The REI in Grand Junction is nice.. I've been in that particular store and was treated well.

3. Watch out for Hooch, he's just after your bacon.

4. Driving or flying?

5. Just 2 in your group?

Naaa... We just give it to him... It's sorta like giving a kitten catnip. It keeps him calm but active.

" It keeps him calm but active."  LOL

Jerry, that might be the best quote ever!

But it begs the question; what does the "hooch" do for him?
