that sounds cool cindy lou! i'm trying to figure out my various stops...hitting memphis, stl (see my sister), denver/estes park (friend) and i also have a friend in steamboat i wanna try to see. not sure how i'm going to fit it all in but i can't wait :)

It sounds like you'll be hitting a much farther north route if those are your destinations.  It's easy to spend a very long time exploring out here in the Wild Wild West.  And you still don't see it all!

Per Hippie: "When driving at night; Watch out for the critters, a single deer or Elk can make your vacation plans change very quickly."

As I always remind Kara..."if you can't stop before you hit'em, drive through them not around! better them than you!!!"

Safe travels to all.

Arches is pretty cool.  Definitely bring your bike to Telluride.

hooch-  do you know the chair rule? or can you direct me to it? i'm bringing my tailgate chair but wondering if i need to get a smaller camp chair (the one that sits directly on the ground)?  plus i'm kinda scared vol-haters might kidnap my lucky chair!

I'm hitting Moab right after TBF. If you go and camp, camp right off Rt 128 - you will have an awesome site right along the Colorado River. It's sweet!  Thumbs Up

 Cheers

The rule is: if you can fit a basketball underneath the chair then it's too tall.

Alternately you can use higher chairs if you sit back beyond the designated sign that says "No highback chairs beyond this point".

Also, Vol chairs usually end up somewhere in a tree.

It depends on if you are friendly.  Plenty of established camps take in newbies and let them share stoves/food in exchange for help (washing dishes) or contributing food/drinks/money to the group.  Feel free to hang with us in Run-A-Muck if you can tolerate my abuse.  It's up close to the festival grounds so a bit louder than others.  If you can convince Ron to let you join Wander In then you can have a private shower with a beer tap.  It just depends on what you like.  Also, if you can pre-arrange to join a camp then you can get a better idea of what you can leave behind.

Vols fans, this UCLA grad school alumnus has got your back.  Mad

There will be no Vols chairs in any trees, only gator carcass.
