Who's going to hear the Avett Brothers at the Boulder Theater next Friday?

This will be my first time seeing them live.  I can't wait...

You'll have to post a review after you've seen them. Cheers
I've never seen them before either.

I've not had a chance to see them live yet. We have their CD in the KWMR library and it rocks.
They should be equally good on stage

I went to the Avett's show on Friday.  And dang, that was some intensity.  Amazing, for a trio of guitar, banjo, and upright bass.  Rockin

If they didn't write such good songs the energy might have been overwhelming.  But instead every song they did was like some timeless singalong (or scream-along).  As they moved from quiet folksy songs to rockin' (still folksy, but intense) the core audience right up front would just erupt - stomping and jumping.

The show made me go home and listen to their CDs all day so that next time I see them I'll be able to sing along with every song.  Great great stuff.
